I don’t like what I ordered. How can I return an item?
First, you must fill out a Return Form. It must be in its original condition. It must be unworn and unwashed with all the original tags attached to the item. You can return it to one of our stores within 21 days of receiving the item for store credit. Or ship it back to us for store credit. Only online purchases may be shipped to us. Shipping costs will never be refunded. You are responsible for all shipping charges and must be prepaid. Sale items, accessories, bags, lingerie, cosmetics, bodysuits, and swimsuits are final sale items.
What do I do if my order is missing, damaged, or incorrect?
