I don’t like what I ordered. How can I return an item?
- Fill out a Return Form at the bottom of this page.
- All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
Items must be sent back within 21 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items, accessories, bags, lingerie, cosmetics, bodysuits, and swimsuits cannot be returned.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
- Olive Olé is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Can I make an exchange?
- Yes, you can! Fill out the Return Form and indicate that you would like to make an exchange under "Reason for Returning Item(s)" and someone from our team will get in contact with you.
