How can I pay?
Olive Ole accepts Visa, Master, and PayPal.

When will my orders be shipped?
Processing merchandise takes 1-3 business days. After it is shipped, it should take 2-7 days depending on the requested method.

Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, we currently do not ship internationally.

I’ve made a mistake on my order. What can I do?
You can contact our customer service through email at OliveOleOnline@gmail.com. If it has not been shipped out yet, we may be able to remedy the problem. However, If it has already been shipped out, we are no longer responsible for lost packages.

Can I cancel my order?
If the order has not been shipped out yet, our customer service member may be able to cancel your order. No guarantees. You can contact the customer service at OliveOleOnline@gmail.com.


How does Olive Ole ship out their packages?
We ship out with UPS and USPS with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once the shipment goes out.

Do you refund the shipping fee?
No, the shipping fee is non-refundable unless it was our mistake.

What are the shipping rates?

We have a flat rate of $5 for standard shipping, $15 for 2 day shipping. Free shipping over $100.



I don’t like what I ordered. How can I return an item?

First, you must fill out a Return Form. It must be in its original condition. It must be unworn and unwashed with all the original tags attached to the item. Return items must be in its original condition. Or ship it back to us and we will give you the refund in the original form of payment. Only online purchases may be shipped to us. Shipping costs will never be refunded. You are responsible for all shipping charges and must be prepaid. We will issue the credit back to its original form of payment. Sale items, accessories, bags, lingerie, cosmetics, bodysuits, and swimsuits are final sale items.
